What if something happens while we are renting your bikes?

Dont worry, Providing all our terms and conditions and safety requirements are met; In the event of any accidents you are covered under our public liability insurance and our bikes are trackable and fully insured against damages. 

How do I rent for several days at once?

Its easy, you just need to go to our booking service and individually select each day you wish to book the bike for and for how long. Once youre happy youve added all the services you want including days, times and locations; then you can pay for the total. You will then recieve confirmation and a reminder closer to your booking.

What If i run out of battery on your e-bikes?

It is your responsibility to reasonably plan you route with the recommended range limits in mind. Your bikes will arrive to you fully charged and You are able to request and pay for hiring our chargers to take with you if you have a longer ride planned. Please find charger rental in our Accessories section and provide your booking reference on checkout.

Can I take your bikes on our bicycle racks attatched to our car?

We do not allow our bikes to be transported by our customers in any circumstance. We aim to accomodate through our special delivery service any particular routes or series of routes you wish to ride over successive days. Please contact us for further help with planning your routes and rental.

Can I charge the bike myself?

We deliver every bike to you fully charged. Usually this is enough for most customers to enjoy a full day out on the bike with a route averaging 35 miles on roads and cycle paths. It is possible for you to rent our e-bicycle chargers and charge them anywhere you have explicit permission to use a safe certified electrical supply. Many cafes and pubs are often accomodating for customers on e-cycles if permission is asked and whilst purchasing food or drink from the establishment.

What if I fall off?

It is solely your responsibility to ride safely and take care of your own well being at all times. However in the event of an accident our insurance may cover you in certain circumstances. We ensure our bikes are checked and safe for our customers before every ride. Any accident resulting from misuse of our equiptment is solely the responsibility of you the client renting our bicycles.

What if I accidentally damage the bike?

We adopt a reasonable fair use policy. We do not like or look to bill our customers anything extra than the agreed rental fee. We hope for you and ourselves all to have a pleasant experience transacting with eachother.

However, It must be said that it is your responsibility to ensure the bicycles are returned in the same condition they were given to you less reasonable, obvious and unavoidable wear from use such as expected wear to consumable parts of the bicycle like tyres, chains, grips, mechanical moving parts. Damage to the frame, forks or any other fixed parts as well as outer casings of any mechanical parts like hubs or motor casing etc due to carelesness or misuse is the responsibility of the renter and thus will be billed against the deposit held by us as part of your booking. 

Can I cancel my booking and receive a full refund?

Our policy is that you may cancel your booking and recieve a full refund up to 3 weeks in advance. Being a relatively new start up buisness and offering expensive, premium e-bikes we must retain a 20% portion of the deposit paid (upto the maximum amount of the deposit) to cover our potential loss of booking due to your cancellation. Any cancellation within 5 days prior to the rental period we will result in us retaining 100% of the deposit paid and issuing a refund of the rental fee only.

What if I get a Flat tyre?

Whilst every effort has been made to provide you with the most puncture resistant equiptment available it is still your responsibility to ensure every effort is made to ride sensibly and safely, avoiding potential dangers that may cause punctures.

However We accept that punctures can and do still happen. That is why in order to limit the hardship experienced by our customers in that unfortunate event we offer a Call out puncture repair service for a fee of £35. With that we will meet you in any location (within 15 miles of Wells town centre) and aim to be with you within one hour. We do not allow our customers to alter or work on our bikes themselves. So unless you are near enough to walk the bicycle back to your agreed collection point, our call out service is our best solution.

How fast can your e-bike go?

All of Our bikes are Uk road legal and are set to assist you upto a maximum of 15.5mph (you may mechanically roll or pedal yourself past this speed of course)

Can I collect and drop off the bikes at different locations?

We have tailored our service to enable you to start and finish your rental at various locations using our special delivery service and choosing your own specific location (within an 15 mile radius of wells town centre) This allows you more freedom for you to adventure.

Can I leave the bikes locked up whilst going into a shop or cafe?

You may only leave our bikes unattended if they are locked with the gold rated locks we have provided you with upon reciept of your rental bicycle. Providing they are locked in the exact manner which we have outlined on the page in our website headed 'How to lock our bikes'; in which case you may leave the bikes unattended for short periods of time.
